Tim Hortons >what do you order? 2 iced coffees and breakfast >how long do you spend there? 60-90 mins >do you get a lot of reading done, or is it just an excuse to people-watch? People watching is for cucks. I brought a book to read it. >have you ever actually met someone this way? Once, when I was reading the Bible. Otherwise I go at 5:30 before the morning rush so it's empty and I can concentrate.
Jonathan Morris
she's reading her own book in a coffee shop for a photo... fucking hell kid, slow it down.
Easton Carter
>chai tea latte.
lol what are you, a faggot?
Brayden Peterson
I go to a coffee shop where I never run into anyone I know and that has bottomless coffee to do a lot of reading. Honestly, most of your questions point to you being a plebmaster who thinks his life is a sitcom episode.

Holy shit a thread died for this

>which cafe(s) do you frequent? I wouldn't be caught dead in a cafe. >what do you order? Bella Thorne. >how long do you spend there? As much as possible. >do you get a lot of reading done, or is it just an excuse to people-watch? Pretty hard to read desu... Bella Thorne. >have you ever actually met someone this way? Only Bella Thorne.

>shitty OP tries to make a thread about peoples habits and experiences when they read in public >gets his ass reamed almost as bad as that fag who posted his book that nobody would publish
can we talk about that guy some more since this thread sucks? Did anyone save the link to his work before he deleted the thread?
Mason Martinez
A thread on page 10. Go bump all page ten threads if you're such a sentimental fag.

>which cafe(s) do you frequent A local place >what do you order? Cafe au lait, generally >how long do you spend there? 1-2 hours >do you get a lot of reading done, or is it just an excuse to people-watch Definitely don't people watch there, not that kind of place. I do get a lot of reading done, but I also really like the cake. >have you ever actually met someone this way? Only people I don't particularly feel like running into again, unfortunately.
Adam Cox

>which cafe(s) do you frequent? Burger King >what do you order? 3 to 5 BBQ cheeseburgers, a coffee, or an equivalently frugal voucher deal. A frozen coke on a hot day. >how long do you spend there? 60 to 90 >do you get a lot of reading done, or is it just an excuse to people-watch? I don't want to watch the people that frequent Burger King. >have you ever actually met someone this way? Some guy sidled up to me and started talking about his misinterpretation of sacred geometry once; I forget what I was reading to prompt this. He was obnoxious and the conversation was strained. We never crossed paths again.
Camden Clark
why not just read at home tho
Wyatt Jackson
>which cafe(s) do you frequent? I go to the local hipster coffee place if for whatever reason I can't make coffee at home or I'm out and bout >what do you order? >The gas station on my way to the library >Coffee >2-3 minutes depending on if there's a line >I get plenty of reading done at the library >I'm pretty friendly with the cashier. I saw him catch a fly out of the air once.
Ayden Moore
I always prefer reading at home. Easier for me to get in groove with absolute silence. Even parks are too much distraction for me if I try to read there. If I'm there I'd much rather enjoy the scenery or stroll than half-read something while my mind is being pulled off the text constantly.

Homely ones. Ghawa or regular coffee. Depends on how much time I can spend there. About 70% reading and 30% people-watch No.
To be honest I don't even like reading in public spaces. It's a necessity when I'm between errands and I don't have time to go home.

He's unironically posting a legitimate response to a thread asking people if they read in cafes, did you have to even get that far into the post to realize that?
