OP, you're asking two different questions here.
Chris-chans comics are a complete clusterfuck with horrible execution, bad plot, dialog, etc, without any self awareness.
Whereas sharknado is cheesy, but an acknowledged B-movie where the badness becomes an intentional comedic element.
All of those are pleb teir, but not the clusterfuck of ol CC.
