Why do people still act like $1m - or even $100m - is still a lot of money?

Why do people still act like $1m - or even $100m - is still a lot of money?

It isn't.

Real rich people make (and lose) more than that every day in stock fluctuations.

>Why do people still act like $1m - or even $100m - is still a lot of money?

you dont even have a million. stop comparing yourself to billionaires. just make money, and live life

1 million isn't a lot of money because there are super rich guys in the world that have 1 billion

i can't argue with that sound logic user.

An 8 inch dick is considered tiny since some people have 13 inchers

I think they're just out of touch.
Lots of anons here are multimillionaires, just from Robinhood.
I wouldn't even consider the guys who are up 10 mil to be really rich. Half a billion or so, then you can start talking about starting a small business.

You peasants probably use robinhood just because the 8$ trade fee would eclipse your 50$ moves

kek

Nearly half the world’s population, 2.8 billion people, live on less than $2 a day
define 'a lot of money"

Daily reminder that $50M is the most you'll ever need to get whatever you want (unless you go insane and buy a huge mansion and a private jet)

>tfw pleb with only $1m

>tfw 7 figure net worth
>tfw my net worth is closer to poor people living on welfare than the 10 figure club

well, i only have 3k to my name

feel good about yourself user

I want a private jet, a superyacht, and the nicest hotel room in every major city in the world...all packed full of high priced escorts. 50 mil ain't shit

It's impossible to do that unless you buy Bitcoin and hold for 10 years and keep investing on crypto and selling on the pumps.

Great thread OP. This subject is very important and I'm glad you made a thread about it.

Fuck off OP

Kek

but do you really want it?

what are you doing to get there user?

Lol if you have a million you are literally in the top %99.9 on earth.

a lot of people here are young and don't even have $100k. but as long as you aren't too degenerate you'll be able to accumulate a decent amount of wealth over time

I would argue with you but your kind of telling the truth...

>Real rich people make (and lose) more than that every day in stock fluctuations.
You're delusional.

>You're delusional
Not really.
Primary stakeholders (like Musk or Zuck) make and lose even a billion in a day, given the outsize positions in their companies. Musk lost $400 million just Thursday.

He didn't lose anything that day, as he didn't realise his stocks. He would lose that amount if he sold his shares at that day, which he didn't.

>Lots of anons here are multimillionaires, just from Robinhood.
Yeah right

>>/out/
Good advice isn't welcome here.

In my books, you're rich if you don't have to work for money while living an average lifestyle. So something like $1.5kk for a $60k/year budget.

/thread
No millionaire, or billionaire would sell so low

>He didn't lose anything that day
Yeah, he did.
It's called loss of available capital.
