Should Blizzard just bench Mercy until they rework her?

It's common knowledge at this point that she is inferior to all the other healers in every way. There is literally no reason to have Mercy as one of your 2 supports when you can have Ana and Lucio/Zen.

People have climbed master and beyond exclusively playing mercy, it's never about how good a support is in character but usually up to the team to utilize them correctly and somewhat the healer on the healing output.

What most heroes can't compete with mercy for is prolonged hard heals, ana can instantly heal with a flask but aftwer this her healing drops off a little and she shifts her attention to dealing damage.

What mercy needs is a buff on her damage boost so she doesnt have a reason to draw her pea shooter because the blue buff doesn't feel like it adds anything to a game where most heroes kill each other on contact anyways.

She needs a second ult like symmetra where she puts a protective immortality barier on a hero for a short duration.

They either refuse to communicate because they're embarrassed of their english or whatever, or they don't even try and speak in portuguese/spanish without caring if their teammates speak the languages or not.
