I really want a new celica GT4. Toyota needs to step it up. Doesn't even need to be a celica. Just something turbo, with a real AWD system, and with a manual transmission.

Well technically, they can do it. They have all the parts. The Auris/Corolla iM has an AWD variant IIRC, and they have that new 2.0L Turbo in the Lexus IS200t and NX200t. All they really need is a 6 speed manual and a nice DCT automatic because that would sell. If there has to be an automatic (and knowing the buying public, there does have to be one), I'd prefer it be a DCT

The Engine is very similar (but slightly different) and is effectively the same. The turbo is smaller on the XT. The XT has the breakable 5-speed. The STi has THREE glorious limited slip differentials which I'm guessing the XT does not have. I've had an STi; I want an XT.
