I ask. >"Umm.... Y-y-yes.... I'm.... fine.... I'm just a little... sad." >"Why are you sad, Hanako?" >"My friend Lilly... She flew away to Scotland yesterday..." >"Scotland? Wow, that's a long way. Is she a foreigner?" >"Yes, but she g-g-goes to school here... Or w-w-w-w-went...." >"You mean she's gone for Scotland for good?" >"I d-d-d-don't know... m-m-maybe..." >"So do you have any other friends to hang out with?" >she shakes her head and stares down at her book >"Well, tell you what Hanako, how about we read together after school? You can't take care of yourself and you make me do all the work." >"B-But... You won't let me go outside!: >"It's for your own good, Hanako. You hate going outside and dealing with people. I'm just trying to cut away all the distractions. Now you only have to deal with me, the person who loves you." >"D-Do you? L-l-l-love me? I'm know I'm... ugly.. and I can't g-g-go outside.... Or t-talk to people... And I.... pee myself sometimes...." >I grab Hanako by the hair and shove her face into the piss-stained carpet >"This is YOUR fault Hanako! YOUR fault! Dont' expect me to mop up your piss!" >"I'm s-s-s-s-sorry! You're the only thing I have! P-Please love me! P-Please!" >I sigh and shake my head >"I tried to help you, Hanako. You're not worth it. I've been willing to do a lot for you, but I'm not going to wash out your own piss." >"N-No! P-p-please don't leave me! Please!" >"I'm sorry, Hanako, but you'll just have to take care of yourself from now on." >I leave her last meal on the floor in front of her and walk out of the room >I don't go to see her the next day, or the next, or the next....

And now I feel like I abandoned her..." >"It's my fault, it's all my fault!" >I ask, "What happened to Hanako?" >Lilly sniffles, "They say she locked herself in her room and wouldn't come out...." >"One day they noticed a smell.... They broke down her door and found her.... dead...." >"They say she took too many sleeping pills and died in bed." >"She was my friend! And I failed her! I let my poor Hanako wither and die!" >I put my arm around the girl and let her sob into my chest >I stroke her golden hair and kiss her forehead >"It's okay. Is Emi considered to be a tomboy?
I've always seen her as one and that's why I've always liked her, rough around the edges, always ready for a quick tumble, and of course, anal.
But looking around now, no one online seems to refer to her as a tomboy for some reason?
So is she a tomboy?
Jordan Bennett
I think shes just athletic
Hunter Perry
>Is Emi considered to be a tomboy? No, see Miki.
Adam Ramirez
She isn't really rude and boisterous, despite being rough around the edges. She dresses fairly femininely from what we see of her, and does act girly every now and again.
So I'd agree with this user and say it's just her attitude is just her competitive and athletic nature.
Brandon Phillips
who
Dylan Lopez
A literally who in Hisao's class but gained some notoriety, namely she's Suriko's waifu.
Henry Collins
Yeah like her puppy dog eyes that make hisao melt, thats feminine for sure.
Blake Cook
That's the thing though, competitive attitudes are almost exclusively attributed to tomboys, it's not a very girly thing. Also, there are several variations of tomboys, not all tomboys are exactly the same. If a girl gives off a competitive and rough around the edges vibe, there's no reason not to call her a tomboy. Being a tomboy isn't really about the way a girl dresses or even the things she likes to do, it's more the attitude, I think.
Bentley Cox
Hey guys! Sleepy-user was requesting I write a chub story about Suzu, but I wanted to make sure I don't go against a characters characteristics and I don't know too much about her other than "muh naptime" so can somebody please link me to her fan-route? Also, lesbians or no?
i woudn't consider miki a literally who, really, since she did have screen time and dialogue in the game
she uses her feminine wiles on hisao, so she has to be at least a bit feminine
Adrian Collins
I can see where youre coming from. I guess i just look at tomboys in the sense that they like typically masculine things rather them having attributes like being competitive. But i think thats where it ends with emi;shes just competitive and everything else about her is girlish. However,id say shes moreso determined that conptetitive but they can overlap.
Austin Gutierrez
you don't think girls are competitive? have you ever talked to a girl?
Henry Gray
So do other literally whos.
Dylan Nelson
>So do other literally whos like suzu, rikka, and saki?
Jordan Thomas
I finally got around to going to looking around Inverness on Google street view.
It's a pretty quaint small city, it suits Lilly well. It doesn't feel like it would be home to the headquarters of a multinational big company though
Josiah Johnson
And Orie, and anyone from the class screenshot and the literally who noname girl from artclub.
Benjamin Ramirez
Hanako is:
Colton Howard
miki is a bigger character than all of them
Jaxson Jenkins
Nah, they're literally whoier.
Orie isn't just literally who, she barely qualifies as KS related.
Japanese.
Sebastian Morgan
No, sorry user. She's a girly tomboy? I guess that description fits her the best? She doesn't really hide the girly parts like some tomboys do but she doesn't really embrace them either like a true girly girl?
When I really think about it, at least from what we've seen, she doesn't really have a lot of common ground with typical girly girls except maybe past relationships either?
Henry Johnson
>Nah, they're literally whoier. well if that's your scale, then fair enough i guess
Daniel Miller
It's never said that it is, her family just lives there. He's never stated as the head of the company either just important.
Nolan Diaz
>she doesn't really embrace them either like a true girly girl? how so? her street clothes are pretty girly (strappy top, etc) she has long hair, she uses girly looks and feminine wiles on boys, she wears stockings, etc.
Blake Lee
Not really, I like Miki. It's just easier than saying that one girl you see in Hanako's route to push the story along.
Bentley Bell
Oh this will go excellently with the Lilly and Suzu piece I have being created. Would you perhaps be interested in another collaboration?
Lucas Sullivan
Fuck off fatfaggots
Kayden Ramirez
Chubby Suzu using chubby Lilly as a pillow?
Wyatt Nelson
Hanako's route had a story?
Aaron Flores
I'm not a fatfag, Emi is my personal favorite, though if there is demand then I will indulge. Nothing like that, no. I would be remiss to spoil it though. If undertaker is interested in an accompanying piece then it shall be done
Thomas Jenkins
I wasn't really talking about the clothing but since you mentioned that aspect I'll touch upon it.
You see, if Emi was given short hair, and given more masculine clothes, but the way she acts and her dialogue was left unchanged, she'd be considered a tomboy by pretty much everyone, but here's the thing. That's a big logical fallacy.
You know the cliche where you have a farmer girl with short hair and boy clothes who seems tomboyish at first glance but she is revealed to be extremely girly in fact? Same principle here.
You, and many other people, make the mistake of using a girl 's appearance to determine if she is a tomboy or not. Miki has long hair yet she is a tomboy, see where I'm going at here?
Aiden Richardson
Yeah, something about Chess, Tile-Hopping and accepting yourself. My memory is a bit fuzzy.
Brandon King
nooooooooo
Kayden Lee
>see where I'm going at here? and i've also given behavioral examples showing (in my mind, at least) that emi isn't really a tomboy. while we're on the subject, miki has long hair, but we also see she wears boys' clothes, largely invaliding your argument
Andrew Myers
Again, being a tomboy has nothing to do with the physical appearance, it's the personality, the way a girl acts and carries herself.
Can I use a 3DPD example if you don't mind?
Eli Cruz
>the way a girl acts and carries herself. how you carry yourself and how you present yourself are closely related. it's not the only determinant, but we've provided behavioral examples for both miki and emi supporting that miki is tomboyish and emi less so. appearance isn't the only evidence being offered, so don't get too hung up on it
Sebastian Brown
and while we're at it, a quote from hisao about miki. hisao never seems to have that impression of emi (pout, puppy dog eyes, feminine wiles, strawberry scent, girly clothes, etc)
Elijah Reed
I'll present to you the 3DPD example.
In high school I had a crush on this girl, she had short hair dyed with strands of green, she was into video games, comic books (particularly Captain America) and Green Day. Sounds like a tomboy so far right? She was skinny, petite and athletic, however her clothing was not always tomboy-ish, sometimes she'd wear a sweater+shirt combination other times she'd wear a skirt with thigh high socks. Also unlike a 'proper' tomboy she loved make-up and always wore lots of it.
All of this doesn't matter though, at the core, her personality and vibe, is exactly like Emi's. Competitive and rough around the edges (also pretending to be independent but actually being very weak).
So, maybe Emi isn't the extreme example of a tomboy, but she's still a tomboy to me.
Nathan Ramirez
was she banging the school nurse, too?
Samuel James
>Sounds like a tomboy so far right? No.
And nothing you said after changed my mind. Your anecdote wasn't a tomboy.
David Mitchell
Yeah i think thats a reasonable conclusion
Levi Adams
why does the KSIDF come out in full force whenever someone mentions Full Hearts?
Juan Wood
no one's talking about pancakes, user
Kevin Fisher
She's a certified tomboy friend. She's not a reverse trap though, if that's what you're thinking (which, by the way, tomboys are not either).
Asher Mitchell
Honestly it has potential to be better than KS since the blind girl isn't clichéd and the PTSD girl is well-written
Owen King
user, girls are fucking competitive, especially with each other. and they fight dirty. this is not a tomboyish trait
Liam Williams
Nah, she's just a scene bitch.
Caleb Taylor
...
Camden Moore
Scene bitches don't play soccer and basketball with the guys. Did you miss the athletic part? Also how many girls, including nerdy girls, actually spend their freetime by reading the comics of a masculine as fuck hero like Captain America who is clearly targeted at males?
Aiden Hall
