I bought a fiat for 195 dollars

I bought a fiat for 195 dollars.
20 minutes in and passenger door doesnt close and one brake brakes constantly. Also rear brakes brake stronger than front ones so on hard braking it does mad skidz.
g/o/d save me.

Not a bad result for a $195

Easy fixes.
Just wait until something electronical fails or the head gasket goes.

oh yeah, valve cover gasket leaks but its a pretty easy fix

>$195 car
>it runs

wew lad what a fuckin' bargain. Brakes are easy to fix. Doors are for pussies.

Have fun.

>195 dollars
>20 (or more) years old econobox
>still runs
>still not major issues

Why did you buy it? What did you expect from it?
I'm curious

That's a really good car for the money you paid

well I guess you're into some kinky shit if you voluntarily buy an old Fiat shitbox but props to you for being brave

Worth it for what you paid because now you have a winter beater to throw around. Now get a more suitible car to daily so you dont kill yourself

Fix
It
Again
Tony

OP did you not do a test drive before?
lel

anyways post your Uno, they're noice. And for not even 200 bucks you can't do much wrong.

>post your Uno

Is life

>fiat uno
you lucky guy, those cars are great.
what engine did you get?

I remember when these were fucking everywhere and now they're even fucking rare.

How things change...

>all these Tipoface posters

No love for the original pre-facelift?

enjoy being blowied out of your lane while being overtaken by a big car.
It can be very annoying when you drive on A or S roads.
Also how much time does it take you to put in reverse gear?

It costed 195 dollars, what did you expect?
Just make the sure the mechanical parts are okay and it will be running when you die.

you clearly dont know what you are talking about, right?

I drive one so no?

>yfw the Uno in Brazil until 2010 was quite the same, save for minor changes on headlights and the interior

with 40hp?
try the one with 75 or 90hp and nobody will overtake you cause you reach 200kph easily.
the uno might be a shitbox, but a ridiculously fast shitbox

>a ridiculously fast shitbox
as you said, with 75 or 90, it's quite fast since it's also very light.

but did most seriously get the beefy ones and is the majority of the ones that miraculously survived the rust seriously the fast ones? I doubt it.

James May should do a show where he buys junkheaps like this and then diagnoses and repairs each system until the ride is fully functional.

45hp, but it doesn't matter in this case.
the car is very light and not quite aerodynamic
you literally feel on your steering wheel the wind stream of the truck you are passing.

>$195 car
>it runs

this.

Probably a frozen caliper pistoc, buy a c-clamo and push it all the way in, bleed your breaks, etc.

Got my nova for $500

>a fiat that still runs
>for $195
literally a steal
I wish I had cheap as fuck cars like that in the US
