Swap CMO room with cryo and have it kinda as an island to oversee everything. Some walk space to the south to get to main surgery.
With the new cryo, have it open to the north and west, it will remove the choke point, put it closer to chem so they can watch it for mix tampering, and allow a shorter walk to clone. (You could even make a conveyer belt to cryo as an autism project in rounds)
Make surgery observation half the size and the other half into overflow with a door into it and remove the old overflow.
