I know there are about 20 job applications per day. If you are a mechanic and want to keep repairing stuff, service is where you'd like to go. Pretty small chances, not impossible, but i wouldnt give you any high successrate. Your job would be to service and repair cars who come into service from around the world.

Hmm, on extra special cars we usually get to sign the carbonfibre before its hidden under epoxy/paint etc. Nothing visible, just a fun thing to do. Say "my name is on that car" when it cruises down some rich guys road.

Depends on who you talk to, 98% of cases are atleast better than everyday workers. Alot more morale and energy in most people, there are ALOT of overtime done by some people, ALOT! Its not easy to make these cars... far from! The tasks is "i suppose" pretty straight forward, but the product and environment is insanely much more interesting! So no, i'd not say that it is a casual job.

No idea. Selling engines to Spyker and Freevalve eengines into consumercars is a step on the way. But no, i dont think we will make "budget-supercars", since thats the opposite of our current mindset.

No idea, there are some i know that started as internships, they often came from special car-schools etc, with aims towards racing/carbonmaterials etc. Soo, hard if you are a normal person? :P

Listen cue ball, no matter how much carbon fiber you use, how few valves you have, how many horsepowers you make, you will never have the passione. The errors are put there on purpose to make each car unique. Nobody wants a sterile laboratory car, which is why "supercar" makers from every region have come and gone except for Italy.

The flaws are just part of the package. It would be like if some Swedish outfit made a bourbon that was scientifically the best testing possible and gave you no hangover. Is it kind of cool? Left is suppose to be a jab at Keonignog's quality. right is suppose to be an example of better quality from (i think) Pagani.

The K'egg's suspension is mande of welded tubular steel, that of the Pagani is made of milled billet aluminium (probably) and people think the milled suspension looks better so they mistakenly conclude it must also perform better.

Most cars are not 100% finished at Geneva. Thats why, we are still finishing it up, often software is the one that needs more work. Thousands of hours of coding in each car!

The "shop"? The factory and the service where cars are brought in for service are not the same building so i havent seen em. But the orange Agera Xs is in the factory now getting some work done, and both geneva regeras are work in progress as well. Only engine failure i saw was the yellow one, the youtube video of black smoke. Caused caused by leaked cooling fluid
