Almost two feet (60cm) of view blocking shit

>almost two feet (60cm) of view blocking shit

Why are modern cars such shit?

...

>damn mirrors, always blocking my view

Passenger side mirrors are unneeded

>its another user is buttblasted because he can't afford anything over $2000

It's a actually a car I own.

OP can deal

>mfw my 86 has a window there
Literally the perfect car

good on toyota, giving you more opportunities to check out the cars passing you buy
what will they think of next

t. bmw driver that never uses turn signals

jokes on you
I DO use my turn signals

kek

When did they let you out of the ward?

please cease breathing

Jesus Christ man you really only need one tree

This is actually as annoying as shit. I was driving a Ford Edge that had those fucktarded airbags in the posts. If you're going through a turn you have to waggle your head side to side like an idiot to see anything because it lines up perfectly with the ENTIRETY of the road.

I wish people sold "dangerous" cars, good visibility, acceleration, and high mpgs are worth not having a million fucking airbags on every fucking surface.

>complains about bad visibility
>hangs 12 black ice trees, a twingo plush, and a cell phone right in front of his fucking face

it's so if you flip your car you don't die. yes, I'm sure you're too epic of a driver to ever flip, no need to explain.

idk if it's cause I'm tired but I laughed for a solid 45 seconds at this. Is the twingo a meme here on Veeky Forums ? I'm new... I remember as a kid my mom used to drive me to school in a green twingo exactly like your plush and I was ashamed cause it wasn't a cool car. Now seeing it all over this board makes me smile
Also are you in Canada?
Also what car do you drive ?

they want you to buy the cameras

Ikr
Active safety>passive safety

New cars a shit in general.
They aren't meant for people who like cars and driving.

>a million fucking airbags on every fucking surface.
Airbags are good for making sure older used cars get totaled due to replacement costs. Thus people will buy more new cars which is good for the economy from the government's point of view since it doesn't even need to buy such cars to get them off the road.

Safety features save us.

I deal.

>need
There is that word again.

It's kinda true though, I'm use to driving my old valiant that I just shoulder check passenger side

>five air fresheners and the black ice crap no less
>a fucking twingo plushie
What kind of fucking autistic retard....

Pre shit regulations the passenger side mirror was just an option you could get on some vehicles

>[CURRENT_YEAR]
>not being F R E S H ™

>measuring where you can clearly see out the window
>counting mirrors as "view blocking"

desu if you can't see the car there, you're fucking senile

t. can't deal

On my work van, the passenger side mirror and A-pillar can hide a Civic coming from the cross lane. Driver's side is good for hiding rogue wheelchair pedestrians.

This. Need doesn't exist.

>it's a pillar thread

...

>Why are modern cars such shit?
You mean sedans. We are living in the cusp where the great majority of car users are transitioning to crossovers, SUV, or trucks. So sedans have to evolve body changes in anticipation with accidents from crossovers, SUVs, and trucks.

Sedans might go the way of the wagon soon, at least in America.

if it wasn't for safety we could reach the 50 mpg average without cheating.

I'm not sure if it's intentional, but my 98, 2005 and now 2016 Forester have always been excellent in this regard.

>On my work van, the passenger side mirror and A-pillar can hide a Civic coming from the cross lane. Driver's side is good for hiding rogue wheelchair pedestrians.

I know this feel.

Yeah. All these people bitching about the subtle A-pillars on small hatchbacks should get a ride in a Ducato or something. It's a horror to drive it in heavy raffic or on roundabouts.
