for the night driving. i love playing this kind of calm, friendly "end of the party" songs in the night
If you live in Arizona, you might be my neighbor lol
I dont have a car
'05 Mk 1 TT.
The car has a 6-CD changer and no AUX or USB input so I've been having to dust off all my old CD's from around the time the car was new. Kinda cool actually to have to listen to full albums and not just playlists like on my phone. Suppose at some point I'll have to break down and put in a modern head unit.
Currently rocking some Depeche Mode, Coldplay (lol), Cocteau Twins, few other oldies.
havasu?
Had to do that with my '03 Sierra I had for a little; I totally agree with you that it was actually a nice change of pace for a bit. Also made me realize how dirt cheap CDs can be now compared to other means of buying music
>inb4 "buying music"
I always liked MR2s, never driven one. Every petrol head needs to own a mid-engine car once in their lifetime. Former Fierofag, I had an 88 GT. Car was a blast, I put a 75 shot of nitrous on it. Wew.
Pic related is current car. I just listen to the radio.
Of Monsters and Men, Marty Robbins
Got a bunch of CDs in the glove box but lately this one's been in the most.

Too lazy to go take a picture and it is dark, but mine is a black Kia Niro LX and I usually listen to XM radio. Specifically the Seriously Sinatra channel and Symphony Hall.
Clutch and Uncle Acid? You're my kind of fella.
Ever driven through the desert listening to Songs For The Deaf? That's on my US road trip bucket list for sure.
Have a suggestion on the house.

For crossing the desert in a muscle car, nothing beats RAMA (except for Truckfighters and Kyuss).
