Apparently MB color code 199 refers to Black Pearl (Metallic?) however it's also referred as Blue Black.

There actually is some controversy about this color; basically it's black but in sunlight you are supposed to see a dark blueish tone which would make sense for "Blue Black". Some people claim to see a dark green tone instead of blueish one and I swear my car has a dark gray tone in sunlight.
