New car

I have $7000 and I need a new car. It has to be Japanese and fast. Preferably under 100,000 miles.

>It has to be Japanese
fag
just get a 3k civic

what is the blue e?

RSX type S usually around that, or just the normal one. They're both plenty fast and reliable

I am wondering about this.

happy to not be alone. Is it an e or a power button. maybe a small electric kei car company?

Nissan's electric car division

$3k civic with $4k of simple mods

>RSX type S
Thats what I was thinking. Looks like a fun car, the type S is the option I was going for

thanks, bless

Check the fucking sticky for that low of a budget
I can't believe i'm spoonfeeding you

Miata, Civic (meme tier), Old fairlady's, RX shit maybe, Celica are all in that mindset really..

What kind of simple mods?

megan racing coils
pepboys CAI
pepboys wing
carbon fiber hood
1 gsr seat
altezza tail lights
boss amp and prefab bandpass sub box
underglow to match the color of the car
knock off volk wheels
red jdm type r honda emblems

In my opinior if you need japanese and fast car the...

> Mazda Mx5 (miata)
Is the best choice you have

Is fast,light,2 seats, convertible and the best is cheap car

>Celica
You can only get fwd for 7k and it's a big no-no

Why is this happening

Because exist

>Is fast

BAHAHAHAHAHAHA

KYS

Miatas are fun, small, cute cars. But don't start getting to big for your britches and act like they're fast. You go from "well-reasoned" to "fucking ricer retard" pretty damn quick when you start talking about how fast your $800 convertible is.

What would be the best option between a rx8, s2000 ,350z and maybe an rx7 fc? $10000 budget

> not getting a pre 5th gen celica or an all trac

yeah, theyre not new, but theyre super fuckin cool

People like you are why all the other boards think Veeky Forums is the most autistic, even /mlp/

Impreza wrx honestly

No way you can find an s2000 for that price unless its shit. FC rx7s are always shit. Rx8 and 350z are your real options. If rx8 get one with a nice body but blown motor for 1k and spend the rest on a rebuild/new motor, and add reliability mods. That or 13b swap, but that will probably be pushing your budget limits.

QuickTime

To be fair I'm a denizen of /f/ and /bant/ and I feel like this place is in the upper 25% of better boards anyway. Other than the retarded namefags it's great.

And i'm not the Miata hater.

This right here. Used Lexus's are underrated af.

But other than, it's bone stock!

Hondas, Toyotas, Lexuses, and Miatas have strong resale values which makes them hard to justify as a used car buyer. Get a Mazda3. If you live in a rusty area, get a 2009 or later.

Lexus' don't have strong resale value at all tho. a 10 year old Camry and a 10 year old ES350 are comparable in price. same thing with a supra/SC300

That's because Toyota resale is already high.

I expect it to change over time once the newer Lexus models start becoming old, since they've only recently started completely differentiating the two brands.

Toyota Celica ST205

maybe. but that will be a good 5-10 years from now.
