Throw those same healers into a heal check fight on WoW and they'd probably fail to get past a moderately difficult Mythic+ dungeon, let alone a Mythic raid encounter.

I earnestly believe WHM is gonna be pretty good in 4.0, and at the very least the discrepancy between the values of the three healers will be smaller

And I'm very confident the non-dps, healonly healers would be the ones who struggle in heal check content.
If you're too dumb to press a switch, you're too dumb to heal properly. I have yet to see a non-cleric SCH who doesn't use the meme overheal fairy, or a non-cleric AST who knows how to use Synastry or Disable or even knows how to use cards.

healer dps is so insignificant that it doesn't matter unless you're pushing the absolute highest m+ in the world or world first raid clears and even then it's a very small amount.

I've been in gilgamesh for over a year. There's erp and rp no doubt. It isn't hard to find, it's just hush-hush.

WoW bosses have even less mechanics than XIV's raid bosses, which is sad because the actual raid structures are nice and I'd prefer them over 2 minutes of trash then one boss per raid instance
It's so incredibly easy to spot the shitters in WoW as well because on the rare bosses that do have mechanics (Heroic Tichondrius, Spellblade, Augur, maybe Gul'dan if your guild is trash) they blatantly fuck up even when markers are put down as to where they should go

Everyone's sort of just chilling until SB comes out, though the officers tend to be on if you send in an application.
As for the amount, it's tends to float around 20 or so members.
