Pandemic is longer cooldown and has no overheat. Smite is 200 with 2 overheat and a 9 second cooldown, it's fucking excruciating. Before renewal, the SP attribute from Restoration was enough to keep you Smiting.

they have like ~30 second cooldowns for the big skills and ~10 second cooldowns for the lesser skill and the basic attack is instant and probably faster than letting them use it themselves.

I think morph used to be used to transform into the same thing and reset its cooldowns but I think it was fixed.

Paladin master race reporting in. I told my party I'd be charging them 50k EACH for every cast of barrier and they were forced to pay it. Well except for one girl who I forced them to kick.

So, if none of my skills use attack speed should I ignore DEX? I want to roll an Archer and not sure if I should stat for health\evasion. Some games ranged classes still need it and some games they never do.

Going 90% strength and 10% spirit would be ideal, if that's viable. No one really gets hit in the videos I've watched but I don't know if that's the norm.

Dex gives tons of crit atk which is obviously an absolute necessity for crit builds.

He was giving me INT, if he had the SPR attribute turned on it'd give his SPR, so basically nothing.

IMC went retarded with the dex nerfs. Crit attack is additional damage, meaning it's flat damage added at the end of the damage calculation and not effected by a skills damage modifier. Because of this it's only useful on low damage high hit abilities. Str is almost always better for crit damage.
