need help testing it out to see if there are mistakes, particularly with the trinkets.
Trinkets still dont have their icon until a backer uploads them to the wiki or here, it's the only thing I'm missing
Henry Jones
Can someone explain the shrieker to me?
It nabbed 8 of my trinkets randomly and getting them back is a level 5 quest despite my highest hero's being level 3.
I also lost the healing head trinket in the courtyard, can I find it on the collector/ in a secret room again or do I have to kill the shrieker to get it back?
Anthony Bell
>holy warrior of light .drank ALL OF THE ALE in the tavern
Chase Nelson
the shrieker runs away after a few turns and you'll get your trinkets back if you want them back with lvl 3 heroes go for a tank/dodge party and survive until he runs away
Easton Scott
What're the recommended building upgrades to pursue first, or is it okay to upgrade everything equally (skills, armor, disease cost, quirk cost, etc.)?
Alexander Hill
Shrieker is a big enough joke I throw 0's at the champion, occultist and whoever else and it's set if, bonus if you can guard the occultist, usually toss them all afterwards but they do jump to resolve 2
Alexander Long
getting the vintner and blacksmith/guildmaster should be the priority, everything else is kinda secondary to what they provide.
Xavier Martinez
Any tips on dealing with the Fanatic ? recommended party composition ? This party got wiped but he's on my ass again
Owen Thomas
don't be a filthy heretic in all seriousness prioritize the pyre as much as possible. Once it's gone, he stops being The Hag But Better and becomes just a tough miniboss.
Luke Howard
whoever makes the next thread put this in OP for fuck's sake
Blake Young
How do I properly use the Antiquarian? What are their good skills, camping skills? What party do they resonate well with, position placement. Everytime I use her, it gets my team completely rape.
Landon Sanchez
Shambler altar ahead, apprentice difficulty. Can I take on him with this party?
Grayson Watson
this guy fuckin loves the cove
Dylan Bell
How much will a shuffle fuck you based on skills?
Jayden Davis
is this going to change the musketeer I have now, or add another musketeer class in addition to her?
was in the same situation last thread, check some of the last posts, I managed to deal with it
Kevin Howard
Anyone here with those graphs based on the announcer's remarks?

She's a pretty nice support Pair her up with the MAA, have her spam Protect Me on him, have him get the riposte skill She can also spam the aoe dodge buff and use her heal to get people off death's door/nothing else to do On blight comps the can be used to lower enemy's blight resistance Take her against the syren, she will likely be targeted by her first + her resistance camping skill is great for that fight
Brody Robinson
Low level, rank 1-2, spam Protect Me! on your main tank and take out targets of opportunity with stab. Good main tank targets: >Highwayman: boost to dodge and prot makes him fairly beefy, and he can alternate Duelist's Advance and Point Blank Shot for great damage and ripostes, Protect Me! redirects more attacks for his ripostes >M@A: Weaker riposte, but beefier tank >HM: Strong dodge tank >Flagellant: Benefits from taking the party's damage himself for Exsanginates
At higher levels, her party-wide dodge buff scales better than Protect Me
Nathaniel Stewart
Looks like the hellion and vestal are in the most danger. Hellion can only If It Bleeds from rank 3, and can only Iron Swan if she stays in rank 1 Vestal most likely has none of her frontline skills equipped. Houndmaster could be screwed if he ends up in slot 1, and so could graverobber, but at least she has shadow fade to fix herself.
Benjamin Evans
for people who already have her added as another hero, I suspect no changes
Jose Collins
I'd go for it, Apprentice is the easiest time to get those trinkets AND they're a bigger boon for you early on
Grayson Brooks
Protect Me works pretty well with a Bulwark of Faith Crusader, too. It pretty much makes your front line immune to normal damage.
Colton Cooper
I'm not the guy, I was just seeking to provide a skill analysis based on likely builds and what the hellion's skills were.
Joshua Reyes
The Vestal has her mace bash that I could still equip Hellion also has Breakthrough but I didn't need that for now so I momentarily ditched that Houndmaster had his cudgel
But I think that I'm going to bail out on this one, don't want to lose the stuff I found in that secret room(3 of those rocks that are worth 4500ish)
Brody Powell
Wish me luck
Caleb Smith
>finally get another grave robber in the caravan >both lazy eye and scattering >ranged attack and ranged damage debuffs
for fucks sake, should i still recruit them and rehabilitate them later, or just wait for another one to come along? still haven't gotten a fucking leper either, its week 16.
Juan Barnes
>courtyard >short mission >SHORT
Aaron Brown
All her unique camping skills are pretty good for their cost, actually. At the very least you'll want Trinket Scourge, though.
Liam Gray
>Be peaceful fish priest. >Live your days out in the Cove with your pet crab and waif, occasionally hunt a whale with your friends. >Live in fear of the boats the humans keep ramming into your house. >Then one day a bunch of them barge in and go around pouring shit into your coral and breaking your bas reliefs. >Go out and shake your rattle at them to try and convince them to leave. >Some freak in a bird costume throws poison in your face. >The last thing you see as the blight takes you is the humans killing your waifu and stealing your gems.
Brandon Thompson
>Bringing the Leper to a Prophet fight I know the pews seem like valuable trinkets, but he's not going to do fucking anything in the fight except hit pieces of wood.
Austin Young
Should I put subtitles on the bottom or top?
Brody Howard
Ever since the DLC update, my crusader skins have been fucking up like this but only for the idle battle animation. Everything else works fine. Anyone know how to fix this?
Thomas Murphy
>leper with no occultist to spam weakening curse sorry user but not even luck can help you
Gabriel Clark
i didn't really have anyone else besides my Hellion (who honestly wouldn't have been any better) to bring to the fight. So i just chose to stick with pure un-adulterated tankiness.
Colton Rogers
Anyone know why I can't use Food to cleanse the Sacrificial Altar in the Warrens? Food is greyed out and I can't drag it to the item slot
Parker Bailey
The combat idles for crusader were updated, you'll have to wait on your skin mod authors to fix them accordingly.
Jason Rodriguez
Is the Viscount supposed to be hard? I just killed him in like 2 rounds and took literally 0 damage from his fight. Perhaps I just obliterated him with critical ripostes, but I still cannot believe that was it.
John Reed
it's the Prophet fight. you don't need tanks, you just need to keep everybody off of death's door. The Hellion could at least have Iron Swan and hit the boss.
Hudson Turner
>Hellion (who honestly wouldn't have been any better) >what is Iron Swan
Gabriel Cruz
Everyone plays on Stygian/Bloodmoon, right?
Isaac Stewart
Shit. That fucking sucks.
Nolan Mitchell
no
Aiden Richardson
How is the Hellion not better for the prophet? She is the one frontliner who can constantly hit Rank4 hard as Rank1
Alexander Brown
I understand Iron Swan, but i felt better having a tankier Frontliner
Jose Jackson
Once again >needing tanks >for the Prophet you have a vestal with party heal. that's all you need.
Colton Baker
Any way I can easily change my Arbalests into Musketeers after installing the mod?
Leo King
does +stress healed increase the stress heal that inspiring cry does, or does it increase how much it is healed on himself?
Thomas Lee
Too bad bleeds suck in the Cove.
Nathaniel Diaz
eh, its to late now
Juan Bell
I would assume this trink is worth it, y/n?
Austin Smith
Leper is argueably the best choice for destroying pews.
>he's not going to do fucking anything in the fight except hit pieces of wood He doesn't need to, Prophet is braindead easy anyways, might as well make some money.
Grayson Thompson
>calling it a trink fucking neck yourself but yeah pick it up if you've got the cash and no other better trinkets.
Josiah Butler
so a restart is required?
Lincoln Watson
>-50% healing received >no DODGE Not really. Houndmaster ain't a dedicated damage dealer so that +15% DMG doesn't do that much for him, he's a bit of a jack-of-all-trades.
Gabriel Adams
Two of my heroes are craving blood from town. Is the only way to feed them, inside a dungeon? Also what happens if I don't feed them? Do they die? Do they transmit it to other heroes?
Brandon Kelly
why not?
Blake Allen
>Find server cart in Courtyard. >Don't have any herbs but try for it anyways with Flagellant. >Gives him Stress Eater. >Find another one. >"May as well try again with him, it's not like it can give me the quirk a second time."
Camden Rivera
god tier mark and can destroy 2 pews. what more do you want
Dominic Turner
They drink blood on their own right before dying in the Hamlet, assuming you've got any blood available. Transmitting the disease happens when pairing a cursed hero in a stress/quirk healing facility with a non-cursed hero.
Jaxson Turner
Thanks for the info buds
Jace Wright
>Is the only way to feed them, inside a dungeon? They will use the blood you have while in Hamlet if they are close to dying.
>Also what happens if I don't feed them? Do they die? Yes.
>Do they transmit it to other heroes? If you put CC and non-CC heroes in the same building at the same time, the non-CC hero might be infected.
Hudson Long
Heros go from normal, to craving, to wasting. If you leave them in town they test to see wether they'll go to the next stage or stay put, you can see it in your log. At wasting the next time you leave town they'll take one of your blood vials and go back to normal, if you don't have any blood any wasting heroes will die.
Nathan Stewart
Quirks become locked if you get them twice. This applies to positive quirks as well. This can be both beneficial and detrimental.
On one hand, if a quirk you didn't like locks in, you can lock one less quirk of your choice. On the other hand, once you lock 3 quirks of your choice, you can use this to lock 2 more.
Lucas Martinez
Will my heroes still automatically consume blood if they have the Rat Corpse?
>finish quest >one room left with an enemy on the way >it's fanatic i'm not sure if i like the game actually tearing me a new one or not
Christian Adams
so long gay bowser
Michael Jackson
Does torchlight go down slower if you're backtracking? My light level was just decreasing by 1 instead of larger chunks until I got to unexplored area and I'm really confused
Colton Morgan
Nice one, senpai
Nicholas Ortiz
If you have explored the area already, it lowers your torch by 1 instead of the usual amount.
Elijah Thompson
Yes, torch level goes down slower when your going through halls you've already explored.
Brandon Powell
...
Austin Fisher
Huh. Never knew that, not sure how I've never noticed. Thanks.
Liam Brooks
Does anyone have the quick guide with all the class builds? Thanks.
Ryan Phillips
I think so. As far as I can tell the best use for the Rat Corpse is to pair it with a Mantra of Fasting and give them to a wasting hero on a quest so you don't have to give them blood for the duration of it.
Parker Richardson
Fanatic is cute! CUTE!
Connor Cruz
Fuck sakes lads, first time player here
>roll into a dungeon >Don't expect a boss >Boss keeps summoning more and more mooks everytime I clear his mooks >Makes the mooks protect him while also buffing himself >Also the mooks can heal him >Have no way of hitting boss >everytime I kill all mooks he summons more they immediately heal him
This is just an endless stalememate, it's bullshit
Michael Stewart
>tfw they will nerf Flagellant like they did to Abom
Jackson Reyes
>don't expect a boss nigga the quest title was 'kill one necromancer's apprentice' how could you not expect a boss. also get fuckin good and bring a 4 crusader party.
Lincoln Price
you can cancel guards by stunning the person who is guarding. Or you can ignore the guard by attacking both the enemy guarding and the guarded enemy at the same time.
Cooper Perry
He was probably referring to the collector.
Zachary Kelly
when the Bloodsuckers change forms what do they gain exactly? all I know is that the Mosquitos get a better stun chance and a new move to wreck the back row with
Zachary Johnson
would you?
Angel Cox
>in all seriousness prioritize the pyre as much as possible. Once it's gone, he stops being The Hag But Better and becomes just a tough miniboss. The pyre has a lot pf HP though. In the time it took to destroy the Pyre you could easily take away more than half of his health.
Ethan Moore
yes
Connor Turner
>game tells you it's a boss level >don't expect a boss user you what
But in case it's the collector, you can stun the man-at-arms head to disable his guard. Having heroes that can cleave are good, so is stuns to prevent him from summoning new ones.
Julian Flores
Any art of skeeter heroes yet?
Dylan Campbell
Is Vestal, Grave Robber, Bounty Hunter, Leper safe for the first court mission and croc? Leper has Natural Swing.
Nathaniel Harris
New player as well, I took the necromancer apprentice quest with a group of level 2 heroes, man at arms, bounty hunter, grave robber, vestel. I get into the dungeon, made an educated guess (split off into two seperate directions) then went in. After the first room, I noticed I couldn't increase the light. Like the dump fuck I was, I didn't buy any torches. I figured I'd see how it went. The direction I chose was the right one, and I got to him after about 6 rooms in total darkness. Didn't even camp before hand.
Went in completely blind to his mechanics, and he starts summoning skellingtons and then moving back. Ok, sucks a bit, but then I realized that grave robber and bounty hunter both did extra damage to marked targets. BH marked him, and grave digger ended up doing 70% of the damage herself with her throwing knife, including a 20 damage crit at the very end. Man at arms just focused on the summoned skellingtons, bounty hunter alternated helping with them and pulling the necromancer back with his hook, vestel tossed out the occasional stun, but was mostly healing since I was taking a ton of damage in the dark. Ended up getting all 4 heroes to about 70 stress from 0, but managed to finish it without deaths or torches, and made about 10k in the process.
Austin Sullivan
I'm fairly certain all of them unlock at least one extra move after a successful thirst. Speaking of which, can Chevaliers thirst, because I don't think i've ever seen one try it.
Anthony Bell
Only if it's this bad boy
Cameron Hill
how the fuck can i spawn the fanatic
i wanna fight him
Andrew Walker
Take 4 cursed heroes on an expedition.
Ryan Powell
Chevs are fine with just hanging back and fucking heroes up with their extra long limbs
Ethan Sanders
Necromancer isn't that bad as long as you can keep his summons under control, though the higher difficulty you get the tougher things he summons. Also, for future reference, the boss will always be in the room farthest from your starting room.
