the red gear is stationary, its purpose is to spin the rotor three times as slow as the e-shaft. the white bit in the middle is the eccentric part of the e-shaft and the gray 'b' part is the center of the e-shaft

compression was high for the 13b-msp, but with a few psi of boost, people have gotten around 300hp in a turbo rx-8

A better example would be the viper. A 5th gen beats a porsche 918 across technical tracks like laguna seca

If it is about top speed the F1 beats pretty much anything, including a Viper, and would not be faster with a turbocharger.

Also the Viper only beats the 918 in the ACR due to oversiezed spoilers, wich drasticly reduce top speed.
