You can try checking your NAT and opening your ports if necessary, but you might just have to set it to 4-5 bars.

a pewgf and an ewgf look exactly the same to me. you can tell when you do one because the motion feels different, even when doing it really fast.

Run it through Handbrake before putting it into the webm converter.

Doesn't look like it. I tried with Josie's right punch parry and Asuka's parry, and while the punch can be parried if you block the first punch you can't parry the second one. Unless it requires some crazy just frame timing that I can't do.

I was in the same boat on PC but lately it has started working better, now I "only" lose connection about half the time a challenge is issued. A month back I'd be lucky if one out of five worked. I'm surprised that the problem exists on PS4 as well.
