It may not seem like much but some people really enjoy it. It might even brighten someones day, and they have a nice day because of an offhand comment you made.

and it's not about expecting thanks or being smug or any of those sorts of things, I'm happy any time I do well or help other people do well, it's just nice to get a head pat.

the only win percentages that even matter are above 60% and below 40%. If you just throw games for hours to the point you have a 35% winrate and bad stats, you aren't climbing and are trash. If you religiously play a hero and have a 45% winrate you're probably decent.

That's because nothing really counters them. Non-aim heroes like Torb and Sym are never picked for high levels, and even auto-aim Soldier can be reflected and dashed behind a wall from, and Tracer can Recall and Blink to do the same.

A damage-boosted Winston is about the only thing that hurts them, but said heroes are flankers who will swiftly take out the Mercy.

I've hit gold. I've found an actual bronze player on twitch who gets extremely mad at any criticism or advice you give him, and will say he is correct no matter what. He rages hard too, which adds to hilarity. Say something about his positioning and how he plays and he'll rage at you on stream and mute you for 24 hours.

Well you wouldn't be aiming at them you'd be aiming at the ground around them. Like when you're Soldier fighting a Pyro who's good at airblasts.

A good Genji would be able to avoid the splash damage just because Pharah's rockets are slow. Add the fact that Genji can reach her and you have a dead Egyptian. It's realistically suppose to go on Pharah's favor, but you know. Rules of Nature.

Because we're talking about pro Genjis, which was the point of the OP, who know how to perform.

If you try to hit him spot-on, they will deflect, and your rockets are so powerful (and the return rate is double your own) that they will likely KO you instead.

If you try to do splash damage, he will look up and dink-n-dash you. They know how to hit Pharahs. It is not hard to hit Pharahs if you know how to aim and predict their flight pattern, which pro's do. It is why you don't see her in high level play very often.
