They increased how much XP healers get from healing in the 1.5 update. So here's what you do. Go into a lvl 1 stratum stage with your healer, a weaponless low level unit (low enough to take damage from the enemies), and possibly a dancer. Let the enemy attack that weaponless unit and have your healer heal him/her/it every turn.

6 base Spd is pretty good though. If he's lucky and gets a Spd proc for his Villager level up, he will be better than Mage!Kliff for a while, especially when Kliff's base Spd is so bad and when he gets Excalibur so early.

You're limited to 6 or 7 heals, I believe. Each with decreasing amounts of EXP gained.
I think there's a limit to how much EXP you can gain on any map, too. Like, you can't get a lvl 1 shitbag with Bonfire and special-kill on a player-phase some lvl 40 unit and suddenly jump 13 levels.

Its pretty much the closest thing to Sumia's hair. The default hair is a bit darker but not as dark as the black hair.

Its a shame you can't get the default hair for all the kids; it looks better on a lot of them.
