It's Sonic, garbage story is practically par for the course. But her personality isn't too intrusive and is very faithful so she would be a reasonable wife. What would help her more is a better personality, but everyone in 06 bar Shadow's team were pretty annoying to deal with

saying that, how things were done behind the scenes has changed since then but unlike mania I think recreating the adventure feel is a more tricky.

Has there ever been official word about why Generations didn't include a stage from Shadow? Not that I think it should have, I'm just curious as to what might have been said about it.

Probably because it doesn't make sense for Sonic to run through a Shadow level and it kinda fucks up the 3 levels per era sort of thing they did.

Tails does not die during the game, something else happens to him. Another character will die, however.

-You've seen Infinite before now, but it is not what you are expecting.

-There will be a major plot twist involving Infinite.

-Tails, Knuckles, Amy and Avatar all have character development with Sonic.

-No other Sonics will appear, however, there is a reference to "Boom Sonic".

-Silver will travel back in time to fix his future, there will be multiple missions based around him.

-A certain beloved Classic Era character will appear as a hero.

-There will be an Easter Egg if you make a certain combination with Avatar.

-The working title for the game was, in fact, "Sonic Generations 2", it later became "Sonic Wars" but was changed again.

-Wisps are important to the story.

-Many have already guessed why Shadow is a villain. Chaos and Zavok are both fighting for similar reasons.

-The story has multiple emotional and "feel-good" moments, as well as drama between characters.
-One final tidbit, there may be other playable characters.

Dumbass IIzuka said they do exist, it's just that they don't have anywhere to put them in stories due to their abilities. That's a major problem with Sonic games, they have such a big cast that abilities overlap, how many characters do we have where super strength is their thing?
