These eyes on Mirage Prime are just something else, we never had such pronounced, lively and big animu eyes on Frames before, yes, Mirage had eyes, but they didn't break the general style of WF and never looked out of place or been noticeable, she actually always been touted as a return to the classic 4 aesthetic without any organic themes. It's either screams tennogen or some fanart, not an official style. Lack of puffy legwear hopefully just an unfinished work, it seems like backside flaps are not textured properly.

MR6 now, chose frost as a second frame, have gone through quite a few weapons, some better than other but none are actually amazing.

Tho I find myself in pup games with people of the same MR who have turned themselves into some kind of deathgod;
prime frame that can vaporise half the map with its 4, prime weapons that seemingly never have to reload, etc

What should I be working towards to become powerfull?

frost is a very good frame, just build him right, learn how to use him, and also theres stuff like Ice Wave Impedance and Chilling Globe, and he will take you all the way through starchart. You can aoe nuke + CC + strip armour with your 4

Just open all planets, after that start getting all essential mods and start farming some good primed weapons like Tigris P.
