When the Legend banners rotate tomorrow there's Mythic Sage but thats more WHM than BLM. There's no real dark magic themed Legend yet I think. The normal Job 'Occultist' is really good for that though.

Warrior is an altogether mediocre class, not as good as S1C.
Mage, however, is an excellent and formidable class with very good magic damage. It's not the best of all mages but it has a wonderful element spread and high power.
Ranger sits with Warrior in the "resoundingly average" corner.
