How can it be that the toplane is still the most useless one? Any toplaner can't do shit when other laner on the enemy side gets fed until you get at least 5 slots which will happen never.
As a midlaner you can outplay fed enemy ADC etc, as a toplane all you can do is keep splitpushing because even if you are maokai, unless you got those items you will get destroyed by everything

The leaked rough draft Jhin lore says otherwise. Ionia's political councils send out assassins to remove martial arts teachers, clansmen, military officials/figures and probably other politicians that "don't fall into their favor anymore."

In the draft story, Jhin manipulates the young son of a clan leader, military figure and martial arts teacher who specialized in archery, so that he could get an opportunity to kill said clan leader & his wife. Not for personal reasons, but because that's what his "clients" in the council/cabals wanted.
