After you finish the tutorial, click the gear icon on the lower left on the main menu so you can go to the settings menu. I think it's the bottom middle option there, you'll know it's the right one because it'll ask you to create a password, and after you do, it'll generate a random user name for you and display both the user and password you set on screen, that's your account.
About 2 hours to get plenty of 105s
I rolled a couple of hours last night and a couple of hours today before I got one that I was definitely keeping.
