That's about 100 quests total though, they probably weren't expecting so many people to burn through them so quick.
Obviously they'd be looking at a chapter per series, and there seems like there's supposed to be selectable difficulties, so there's more to come.

I think if you use a friend support they last 3 turns so dont use guest

What causes stamina to go over the cap? I've noticed this after some quests that I had more stamina than I should have.

It overflows when you level so you don't miss out on any.

Leveling up in rank gives you your new max in stamina on top of what you currently have.
