ATK refines are shit because they only give you 1 extra mt on prfs and 2 mt on other weapons.

after mashing the snipe button a bunch, it looks like the average number of orbs needed to get 1 unit you want with sniping is about 120~ orbs. There is a large amount of variance though, my lowest result took only 9 orbs (-res +atk too) and the highest result took a whopping 468 orbs.
