Poles routinely punched above their weight class. Polish pilots dominated during the Battle of Britian, Poles closed the Falaise Gap, had a real resistance movment at home and contributed more in the liberation of the Netherlands and Belgium

This Not only did the poles help break the german code but the Polish Home Army was the biggest resitance movment in Nazi Europe during the war.

They slowly tied a nose around germany's neck in the eastern front thanks to partisans disrupting german supplies and fed intellegance to both sides. True the army didn't do the majoirty of the work in the eastern front, seems we're all in agreement the USSR put in that work.

Free France participated in many battle in Italy and without it, D-Day wouldn't have been possible.

Also, the Vercors, the liberation of Paris, the liberation of most of French territory was made by the resistance. Beside this, the french colonial empire was still fighting against vichy France ( see the Libreville conference ) so yes, France was absolutely relevant durung WWII and that's why it was considered a winning power in 1945.
