More like embracing your germanic heritage
Because the Third Reich was probably the most similar Empire/Civilization to Ancient Rome. Adolf Hitler got much of his inspiration from Ancient Rome.
Wonderful thread, my friends! I didn't expect such a great turnout!

This one is interesting. It's based off posture and emotions he'd seen in Wagner operas. He practiced his oratory a ton.
that looks edited
>german infantryman never died
Werhaboos actually beleive this
I knew that Russia was a backwater shithole, but is either that those are very old camaras or there are ghost T-34 on that pic
I think it actually is edited though. It's a nice edit, none the less.
Just let them believe in their own fantasy at least the russians are the living proof that the german army is not invincible.
ha, I remember my senior year history teacher being adamant that Hitler hated the Japanese because they were Asian and therefore "subhumans", and the alliance was merely of convenience.
>Hello? Hey Goebbels, what should we get tonight to eat? Chinese? We had that yesterday. No, you pick, I picked last time and all you did was complain.
Edgy
He never cared about them, though. It was barely an alliance in the first place.
>a thread full of propaganda pictures from one of the worst regimes in history of mankind
>not edgy
user, you don't have mass cultural exchanges, share advanced technology, welcome heads of state and provide war materiel for a nation you're "barely allied" with.
Just realised how weird the pict is
It was for propaganda reasons. Their military operations were completely independent.
That's right!
The worst regime in history is the USSR, which the flag over the reichstag is propaganda of
>Hello, Hitler! I was maybe thinking about getting some hamburgers today? How does that sound, my Führer?
Third Reich wasn't better. In fact, they were even worse for Slavs.
the USSR killed far more Slavs
No. Famine killed a lot of people but overall the war started by Hitler killed more.
The Slavic people were well respected by the Third Reich and Hitler maintained great relations with Yugoslavia throughout the years. In fact, the photograph I provided is of Hitler with Prince Paul of Yugoslavia. Hitler also employed thousands of Slavic peoples in the Waffen SS and Wehrmacht.
Famine caused by forced collectivisation and confiscation of food by the Soviet government, and forced deportation of millions of people.
Poles, Ukrainians, Belorussians and Russians were planned to be enslaved and later exterminated. Serbs in Yugoslavia were also killed en masse by Nazi Ustase collaborators. Do you know your history only from Nazi propaganda pictures and pamphlets?
Ukrainians collaborated with the Nazis and yet, when their nationalists proclaimed independent Ukraine they were all arrested and sent to concentration camps.
>40,000 Ukranians served in the SS Galicia legion, thousands more would serve as guards and police
>what was the Ustase
>Bulgaria was an Axis power
>Slovakia was one of Germany's first allies and a signer of the Tripartite Act
I think you only learned from Jewish controlled media/textbooks
So? The Nazis killed at least 10 million Soviet civilians, add to this Soviet military deaths and people who died from starvation or diseases caused by war. 2.5-3 million ethnic Poles also died during the war, most of them killed by the Nazis. 500,000 Serbs, thousands of Czechs...
Now read what happened when Ukrainians declared independence or how many of them joined the Soviet forces.
>Do you know your history only from neo-Marxist propaganda pictures and textbooks?
>Bandera
>originally allied with the National Socialists who had supplied him with arms and money but then turned on them in order to form his own state
>eventually was released
>After the war, in 1959, in Munich, Germany, was assassinated by the KGB (Soviet security agency)
Yes, this happened. He was arrested because the Germans never planned an independent Ukraine. They just used them like many other peoples.
No, Bandera never planned to fully support German military goals. Why would the National Socialists fund him, arm him, put him forth as a leader for a Nationalist Ukraine only to sack and arrest him?
Because he had ulterior motives, he would have probably pulled a Tito and played both sides. Everyone, even the Nationalists were shrewd.
>probably
Sorry, but this is not what the sources show. Bandera and Ukrainian nationalists worked with the Germans because they despised communists and wanted an independent country. Of course Nazis never planned to give im that. Himmler in his secret memo to Hitler explicitly stated that Ukrainian identity should be destroyed.
Source on that memo friendo
>of course the Nazis never planned to give him that
Once again source please. Hitler never deposed Tiso (until in 1944 he decided Germany was done for), Hitler gave the Ustase full autonomy.
God you have it backwards- everyone turned on Germany. The Slovaks did in 1944 when they thought the war was going badly, the Finns did once securing a treaty with the Soviets DESPITE having only beaten the Soviets thanks to German materiel and weapons. The Hungarians did the same, the Germans had to hold Horthy's son hostage so he wouldn't renege like a coward.
King Michael of Romania led a coup ending support for Germany, this was after Carol had Codreanu assassinated. Instead of letting Mussolini rot and using the moutains as a barrier Hitler order his rescue and set up a small republic i. the North. Everyone spouts the same lie that Germany betrayed their allies when more often than not it was the opposite. The even greater irony is that all the nations who turned on Germany in order to "save themselves" would be brutalized by the Soviets.
Sums it up nicely
Bandera declared independence on 30 June 1941. He was arrested few days later. In fact Declaration of Ukrainian State Act states that "the newly formed Ukrainian state will work closely with the National Socialist Greater Germany, under the leadership of its leader Adolf Hitler which is forming a new order in Europe and the world and is helping the Ukrainian People to free itself from Muscovite occupation".
>Himmler memo
Reflections on the Treatment of Peoples of Alien Races in the East
Slovaks didn't really supported the regime, though.
I don't buy it, the German's wouldn't turn on a groomed protege unless they had reason to.
Keep trying to meme the Germans as the "great betrayers".
...
>Reflections on the Treatment of Peoples of Alien Races in the East
Why don't you post a quote from it?
>...I hope that the concept of Jews will be completely extinguished through the possibility of large-scale emigration of all Jews to Africa or some other colony. It must also be possible, in a somewhat longer period of time, to let the national concept of Ukrainians, Gorals and Lemcos disappear in our territory. Whatever is said concerning these splinter peoples applies on a correspondingly larger scale to the Poles.
>...Cruel and tragic as every individual case may be, this method is the mildest and best if, out of inner conviction, we reject the Bolshevist method of physical destruction of a people as un-Germanic and impossible....
He goes on to discuss maintaing each one as a seperate ethnic group policed and governed by themselves, and that Germanic peoples among them should be sent to Germany for Germanification.
>Sudetenland is my last demand
Yup, they were really trustworthy.
But you do tho
America has no damn culture to begin with except a consumerist bastardized, negrified (no offense) European culture that isn't an exchange but an infection.
The image here is of the Japanese tea ceremony, cultivated amd refined over thousands of years with deep cultural significance.
America is an economic whore whose politicians and media prostitute themselves out for money, literally what Hitler condemned and warned about.
>should be sent to Germany for Germanification
Now, please tell where would be their countries? Because they destroyed Poland, and Ukraine was also supposed to be part of their Greater Reich.
And why didn't you mention this?
>for the non-German population of the East there must be no higher school than the four grade elementary school. The sole goal of this school is to be: simple arithmetic up to 500, writing of one's name, the doctrine that it is a divine law to obey the Germans and to be honest, industrious and good. I don't think that reading is necessary.
What a great bright future for slavic untermenschen! And they say the Nazis were evil.
>Hitler
Kek, literally all German intellectuals complained about it before Hitler. They saw "Americanization" as a great threat to European culture and heritage. Even left-wing artist like Brecht complained about it. The Nazis stole most of their ideas from socialists and so called conservative revolutionary movement.
WE
>the Nazis stole the ideas from the leftists
>mfw
You don't need to "steal" what is obvious to everyone.
...
...
>USSR
>not worse than anything else
Fuck off Commieshit.
...
Is this real?
Of course not. Aliens meeting Hitler and transporting him and other high ranking NSDAP officials to a secret base in Antarctic via Argentina? Do you have any idea how ridiculous you sound right now?
he gave the japanese people honourary aryan status and declared war on the USA as a gesture of supporting them when he absolutely didn't have to at all. im pretty sure he respected japan
>propaganda pictures
Where?
They're just images - they don't promote the regime at all. Just because they don't decry it nor portray the negatives either does not make them 'propaganda'.
