No they didn't. Farthest the Persians and much latter the Ottomans got was into the Balkans and Southeastern Europe. Mongols invaded as far as Hungary but never subdued or conquered any of it.
And the Hunnic Empire was fairly short lived and largely originated in the first place between Eurasia, parts of Eastern Europe, and the westernmost parts of the Steppes of Central Asia.

This is what happened when Europeans conqueored India. Dissidents were strapped to cannons and exploded. Very fair and humane punishment for those convicted of a crime by the greatest law system ever conceived.
