Hitler's public speaking ability is pretty well-known. He was incredibly passionate, an expert at manipulating emotions, and knew how to grab an audience's attention by the balls. Stalin's public speaking ability is less known, but in my opinion just as good.
Instead of the emotional hysterics of Hitler, Stalin's speech exudes calmness of mind, unbendable will, and ice-cool logic, as well as bravery (the Germans were just a few km away from Moscow when he gave the speech).
I'd say Hitler, Stalin just reads from his notes and generally isn't that interesting. Maybe his inflections would be more interesting if I spoke Russian.

Stalin looks just like any other statesman, and is generally not very impressive aside from keeping his calm in that 1941 speech.
Hitler, meanwhile, is emotional and uses powerful body language, but at the same time stays in control of himself. Much more impressive.

Russian here. Stalin was a shit speaker and he knew it, so he tried not to give speeches if possible. He has a strong accent and his intonations are bleak, no artistry at all.
