I checked the team members on LinkedIn. The team members all work for different, completely unrelated companies and have no connections with each other.
The whitepaper has ZERO technical details.
The addresses to send money to are the same for everyone, even for non-Ethereum cryptocurrencies (which would make it impossible for them to distribute Substratum coins to participants if they would not be a scam).
