Their government isn't holding official celebrations, because the government in question has nothing to do with an ideological revolution, and at least they're honest about it unlike the libtards of American variety who celebrate 1776 but go in complete opposition to what their Founding Fathers wanted. The people of Russia will celebrate though, there's individually organised celebrations that aren't arranged by the Russian government, which also doesn't commemorate pro-Tsarist events either by the way, it mostly celebrates Russian military victories, no matter the ideology.
