I work out basically everyday, sometimes twice a day. In a given month I'll probably hit the gym 25/30 days.

my macro goals I have been trying to hit

>120g carbs
>250g protein
>111g fat

Is this too little?

General rule of thumb is 1 gram of protein and fat for every pound of lean body mass. The rest of your calories from carbs. But, a lot of people say you can eat as low as 60g of protein per day, and still make gains.

how is that too much protein? I did not start gaining muscle even on a surplus until I upped my protein. I would hope at 240 and 5'11 your lifts are better you fat slob but I doubt your lb for lb stronger than alot of people on here and Im willing to bet you either are on drugs or your fat as shit and look terrible. CNS adaptation and getting stronger is possible on lower protein
