there are some exercises that will stretch out your spine though and it works but it doesn't add that much height.
ever wonder why you are taller in the morning when you wake up and much more smaller by the time you go to bed?
Matthew Foster
Maybe it was because I was sedentary and therefore didnt have pressure on my joints so they weren't compressed as they are now
Mason Wood
Still, going from 177 -> 173 in your teens is highly unlikely though
Julian Allen
You can't just lose 4cm in a period of a year, that's not how It works. Either you were straining your back so much due to lifting heavy weight or you were baddly measured the first time.

I have never wondered or even noticed that... is it true? Lol.
Should I just hang from the pull up bar for a few minutes per day? I can't see why that wouldn't work. Might get me the extra inch I need to hit 6ft
Sebastian Powell
yeah it's true. measure yourself the moment you wake up and then again when you go to bed. there will be a 2-3 cm difference in your height
Mason Harris
What book was it and what was you routine + diet for the miracle growth
I think we read the same book user. When I was 18 one of my friends gave me a book about how balanced diet can significantly increase your height and in 2 years I went from 5'9 to 6'0. Forgot the books name tho, it was long ago
