Got my gym membership exactly one month ago. Been off lifting for about a year b4 that. Cant complain, the gainz coming back fast

325 bench (was 365 before stopping lifting for 6 months for chronic knee injury)
Haven't squatted to max recently but do working sets of 315 on occasion, mostly just do legs through leg press/lunges

My only advice as a fellow lanklet is to always err on the side of over bulking. It's easier to lean or then or mass on and at your hieght an extra ten pounds of fat will look like nothing.

Do you deadlift with your teeth? You would look twice your size if you worked arms and shoulders.

Can only bench 315lbs for a few reps, squat 405lbs for a few reps, deadlift 495lbs for a few reps. Not lifting seirously anymore right now. I would need some months to get back to where i left off but I'm not trying to do that right now.

Maybe this? I still look the same pretty much. It's not like you lose muscle mass quickly once you stop training. Strength goes down fast but not the muscle mass you obtained. Unless you stop eating as much of course and completely go sedentary. I still lift but only once a week or once every two+ weeks.

Genetics I think. I have never done abs ever. I do fronts quats, box squats, deadlifts and stiff leg deadlifts. I also do box jumps but that's about it.

I've injured myself pretty badly twice in the past three years. Once my lower back, and just about 5 months ago, my scapula. I couldn't do any curlz or bench for a month and I lost all my mass. I'm still mourning it. I decided to learn to squat and was told to do rows by the phisio so that's what I've been doing. I don't want to injure myself again doing squats but I'm too cheap to hire a pt/afraid they wouldn't be competent.

Does your body ever recover from being fat? I mean being at least 100 lbs too fat.

If someone is fat for most of their 20's and they get to a healthy weight, how long does it take the body to heal itself? Being fat for so long make increased fat cells permanent. They can shrink to a normal size but they are still present. I have heard that inactive fat cells die off after 10 years. What about skeletal problems? Will a former fatties body be fucked forever?

I have bad hip genetics and terrible posture, fhp, winging, so that + strength is what I'm working on. How do i learn squats without hurting myself or talking to anyone irl.
