Which ones have you tried? More expensive ones tend to taste nicer, Arla is a good brand for example. It's also pretty nice if you add fruit or something savoury e.g. chives.

It's great with salmon and a plain cracker such as Ryvita.

you dont need as much protein as le fitness industry told you. 1.2-1.6g per kg of bw is plenty. Even clarence kennedy only eats that much and look at him. I mostly eat beans, tofu, vegan protein powders etc and get about 160g at 105kg bw. Can bench 345. So im proof its a meme :) honestly there is no need to be eating that much protein, no research has been conclusive that eating as much as Le Fitness Youtuber told you to eat so you buy their protein powder

you should be eating 1 - 1.5g per 1 kg of LEAN body weight, not total. even if you go up to 2g/lean kg that's still a lot under 200g

even if you had 0% fat at your current weight and ate 2g/kg you still wouldn't need 200g

Nope. Most don't, actually. If you're worried, give the label a quick browse. It'll tell you. In fact, it needs to, in the ingredients list. A few brands put it in for some godforsaken reason, but most of those rename it to "matrix"s, or they display it pretty proudly that it has creatine in it.

You can eat it with red fruit jelly, is tasty, but straight is tasty too.
