Ohp is 90lbs

>ohp is 90lbs
>bench is 125lbs
someone please fix me

Maybe try lifting for more than 3 weeks

t-two months actually

I remember when I was in 8th grade. My numbers were a little better.

It took me a year and a half to get to 135 press/225 bench, you cant try compare yourself to people who have been lifting for years longer than you. Just keep going.

>ohp 105 for 5 reps
>bench 175 for 5
It's been 4 months

>someone please fix me
Your form is probably shit.

>'I'm here to help'

I just failed on 55 bench, back down to 145. Fucking end me.

yea, those are 4 months lifting numbers fambola. Nothing unusual.

>ohp 110 for 5 reps
>bench 170 for 5 reps
it's been 6 months

>benching for 5 reps
>getting memed by rippetard
no wonder you are a dyel

you need creatine

>70lb The Press™
>100lb bench
it's been 4 months

>72lbs The Press™
>110lbs Bench
It's been 1.5 months

>95lbs on OHP
>155lbs on Bench
>About 5 weeks in

I've already deloaded after failing 100lbs and now I'm stuck again at a lighter weight
Everything else has been going up well
Wtf is wrong with me

happened to me too for ohp

pretty sure it happens for everyone, just keep gonig

>130lb bench
>85lb ohp
after 1 FUCKING YEAR

>115 OHP
>150 Bench

>OHP 100 lb
>Bench 135 lb

2 months time, 5'8 130 lb. I'm damn proud.

>tfw couldn't The Press™ the bar for a couple of sessions when I first started

couldn't bench the bar either

Checking in.

>145lb bench (3x6)
>100lb The Press (3x6)

Just a little over a year in. Never had much upper body strength so just happy shit's going up

3 months
>75 OHP
>112.5 Bench

>two months
>60 OHP
>95 bench

To be fair I started at obese and I'm doing a very aggressive deficit, so there is no way I'm going to build any muscle. It still sucks shit and I'm going to be a weakling for months while I lose weight.

how many of you guys are trolling?

4 months in (3 months at planet fitness so that barely counts), lost 40 lbs of bodyweight and currently ohp 110 5x5, bench 170 5x5.

and I thought my progress was slow - holy shit I guess creatine is the bee's knees after all.

Seems proportionate to me? I think I was benching like 190lbs when I was only doing 115 OHP.

Biggest thing I found was going a little wider grip than I thought for OHP so you can incorporate more triceps in the movement. My bench is stalling around 215 but I'm able to do 135lbs OHP for about 3-5 now.

>2 months in
>ohp 200
>bench 300
>deadlift 600
>>>>>squat 800
Thanks, Rippingtoad

Bit over a year of not knowing what I'm doing but only a month of proper exercise

>65lb overhead
>110lb bench

I forget i need to eat sometimes

neither did I, it's just that progress is so fucking slow.

so are you guys posting your lifts including the bar or not?

eat, bitch.

Ohp 50 kg, Bench 60kg. 5x5. Is this disproportionate?

I am the 115 OHP & 150 Bench guy, not trolling.
5 months in, my bench is fucking terrible and I can never progress on it.

smith machines.

try that on compounds and watch your shit get half by a lot

Smith machine bar is not as heavy as a free weight barbell you weakling

>ohp 80 for 5 reps
>benched 110 for 5 and 3 then had to go down to 95 today

started lifting in April benching 45lbs

mebbe i was not clear, but I was at planet fitness for 3 months (which barely counts to me since I couldn't do the routine I wanted there and was half fuckarounditis), and then I moved onto a real gym with squat racks - so yea when I say OHP and bench I mean the real compound versions with no assistance.

I mean, they're still weak as shit, but they aren't in the smith machine.

Son, Im not proud yet, but I'm getting there.

Any of you thought of actually building the muscles involved, instead of just doing the same 5 reps over and over again?

What routine

>>>>>>squat 800
This seems low. Are you sure you're getting a whole gallon every day?

...

...

doing SL5x5, I can feel a plateau coming

90lb OHP now, I think I'm fucked when i move on from that next time
