Do some research and get your facts straight. First of all they have always said that a new website and relaunch + exchange will come BEFORE the end of October. Second of all, they have at least 7 developers, I did a lot of research and you can find out who they are if you search in CHINESE , it will be hard finding more than 3 in english. Third of all before the China regulations, ASCH had MORE trading volume than NEO+WTC combined on JUBI which was one of china's best exchanges and right now they are one of the top in CNY/XAS pairing.
