Cheap Eats

Who here poverty?

For dinner I'll probably eat 1 or two more packets of ramen with two more scoops.

If I'm feeling fancy I'll make Mac and Cheese.

Total cost for today's food is about $2.

rice and bouillon would be 10x cheaper than that

I have those at home. This is for bringing to work.

Rice is so cheap I won't even include it as a cost.

($1 a lb or less where I live)

Buy real food instead of overpriced instant shit you brainless fat american piece of shit.

the only thing over priced is the whey. ramen is like 35¢ a packet

This ramen was 7¢ a packet, but equivalent rice is less than 1¢.

To hit protein macros this is one of the cheapest things you can get.

31grams of protein per dollar.

The closest you can come to that and stay lean without being a powder is canned tuna from Amazon and it's about 29grams of protein per dollar.

Milk is cheaper, but I don't drink milk.

Eggs are close, but not good enough.

>Tfw Have to drink olive oil to make my fat macros fit in.

I can get 5 doz eggs for 5.50$ or so

No point making a thread for this question.

I've trained for 3 years and did an 8 month break because my job required me to travel to a 3rd world country.

I returned to my previous training routine.

This is the 3rd day I'm really really sore. Should I go to the gym today or not? My arms and chest muscles are completely fucked..

I eat eggs and tuna everyday, shit is legit for cheap gains.

Much better tasting, but 3* the cost of what I eat.

Best deal I've seen was 2lb of ham for 98¢. Super cheap.

Yeah, $1 for a dozen eggs (give or take a few cents) and tuna is gains in a can. Those are both staples for me.

Go. Rub the sore tissue and do a few flexes to get the blood flowing. Then do 20 deep breaths before your exercise. You'll feel better.

I feel for the human who has to go under 1.50$ for a meal. hard times my man?

>tuna everyday
Enjoy mercury poisoning.

>tfw not poor and can eat out almost every night if I want to

Feels good man.

I still cook 5 nights per week cause I like to keep my money, but getting something delicious made for me a couples times each week is nice.

Where I live, I can buy a LITER of egg whites for 2€

Yes go. Soreness is normal when you haven't gone for awhile. Guess what will help? Working out.
Once your muscles loosen up you'll feel better, and eventually you'll stop getting sore. Stop making excuses.

>>Tfw Have to drink olive oil to make my fat macros fit in.

Whatever it takes

Something like that.

I'll make it though.

Thanks! I will go today

damn that's expensive

Just checked.

$15 for a 25lb bag.
