I am lacking on squats. I can only do 205x5. It feels fucking bad man.
i started end of november with any kind of training cause of a break up, for half a month i did a full body machine routine the gym fucker recomended, then i started listening to you guys and began lifting barbell's. my goal is to get to 1/2/3/4 by end of may, and then start a major cut, atm i am try to eat at my tdee but my tdee is so fucking low it hurts

bench is weak help, I try to do all compounds 2x a week except dl which seems to be pretty good for me despite being tall.
