Zercher squat. Gym doesn't have a squat rack so I had to learn it. Fell in love with it right away.

I really do feel my best when I'm running. My mind becomes quiet after the first mile and then what I'm doing becomes an escape from endless thoughts and feelings otherwise flood my head. I can always look forward to going for a run.
