I'm on Sheiko intermediate large load and I can't find the energy to add some back/shoulders/biceps exercises which seems to be lacking.

Should I reduce to medium load in order to squeeze some extra assistance sets or should I change some of the assistance work for pecs and legs into other assistance exercises ? Or just try harder ?

I dunno what he means specifically by that but no, powerlifters should train to get better at powerlifting. Adding size is neccessary and you should do more lifts than the big 3 but phrasing it like he does is just him trying to be attention grabbing.

Another round of what you've been doing, including joker sets. On 1's week use the jokers to test openers, then do an easy/off week with one or two light sessions leading up to meet day.
