What's the best sleeping position for maximum gains?

what's the best sleeping position for maximum gains?

Flat back no pillow

Basically first left on OP's picture but no pillow.

Second best is on your side with a pillow under your head.

Never sleep on your stomach

Far left makes me leave my body.

Who astral here?

>lie on back
>50/50 lucid dream/sleep paralysis

it's worth the chance of banging whoever in my dream, but having a demon bang me is pretty bad too

Stomach is the only guaranteed way to let me sleep.

Back is just asking for insomnia or lucid dreaming.

>tfw feeling my eyes start to move and my whole head goes numb

I know back is the best position but I just can't do it. The back of my head just turns to mush.

>had my first reality check in a dream today
>immediately started floating and then woke up
fuuuuuuuck

>tfw I'll never wake up sore free
All I know is flat back or stomach position makes my lower back sore. Side is 50/50

Me. Never quite get out of my body though, feel like i'm going to die if i do.

consider a different bed, user.

Might get an even harder matress.Shit sucks

I shift around all the time. basically I just can't lay on my back. I have to be on my side or face down.

>having sleep problems
>look up youtube sleep vids
>pretty much all of them recommend back sleeping
>try it
>keep suffering from sleep paralysis and nightmares
>try to sleep on side
>wake up from sore shoulders
>can only sleep for 4-5 hours before waking up tired
>minimizing my gains

feels like my life is a wreck right now.

didn't have none of those problems when sleeping on my stomach but everyone keeps saying it'll mess you up in the long run.

I have this problem where I start making a moaning sound similar to the grudge and wake myself up

Wtf hang a Crucifix over your bed man.

There's a bible on my nightstand. I have a deviated septum and I just exhale oddly sometimes- or that's my guess. It freaks my gf out though.

Serious question for side sleepers
The arm that is in contact with the bed. Do you keep it in front of your chest or behind your back?

If i sleep on my back i sometimes end up waking up choking on my saliva... its fucking scary feels like im going to die .. fuck that

>>keep suffering from sleep paralysis and nightmares
Same
exact
shit
dude

I have no clue why it happens, but every time I sleep on my back it's time for the little grey men to come into my room and paralyze the shit out of me.

Flat back gives me sleep paralysis- living hell

probably sleep apnea.

i've read about people believing the increased chances of nightmares having something to do with fluids pooling in the back of your skull.

dont know what the connection is but back sleeping and weird dreams can be common.

i think ive only ever gotten paralysis a few times but everytime it was on my back

fucking scary

>tfw have sleep apena, had it since I was a kid
>have to sleep with a C-PAP

It fucking sucks, man.

under the pillow under my head
