>How to increase testosterone for natty limit?

garlic

bread

VITAMIN DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

nofap and don't eat any soy.

Mediterranean style diet full of fruit, veg, wholegrains, fish, olive oil, nuts, eggs and red wine.

Cut processed foods. Cut sweets and sugary drinks.

Sleep well.
Drink plenty of water.
Take zinc, magnesium and vit d3 supplements.

Lift heavy weights regularly.
Live and active life.

That's basically it.

All shown to be beneficial:

>Sex and interaction with fertile women
>Woodchoppers in particular, and any other compound movement involving upper and lower body
>Any endurance cardio
>Low air pressure and oxygen, hence mountain climbing etc
>No sugar
>No alcohol
>Healthy fats
>Good diet in general, lots of veg and less meat than your typical Veeky Forums diet
>Good sleep, particularly good REM
>Regular social interaction with peers
>Steroids
>Vitamin D from sunlight, no links with vitamin d from diet yet

Heavy lifts! Don't fall for the nofap jew.

Alcohol increases estrogen production from testosterone, endurance cardio is better for test compared to resistance training and vitamin d3 should come mostly from sunlight, otherwise all good advice.

Just use wooden syringe and needle. Testosterone is completely natural.

>sex and interaction with fertile women.

>Alcohol increases estrogen

A glass of wine a night is not going to have so much of an effect as to outweigh the benefits. It won't specifically increase test but it's part of a whole diet and has many advantages, the sum of which leads to higher test production.

>endurance cardio is better for test

This is completely wrong. Prolonged endurance training greatly elevates cortisol levels and brings testosterone levels down. Distance athletes, for instance, tend to have lower T levels than normal men their age.
On the contrary short, intense cardio promotes the release of HGH and an elevated production of T.

>vitamin d3 should come mostly from sunlight

Agreed but that's simply not practical for a great many people. In many northern countries there literally is not enough decent sun to obtain sufficient exposure. If you're working outside all day, maybe you can get by but for the general person who spends a lot of time indoors winters can be hell for vitamin d in which case vit d3 has been proven to be an effective supplementation.

Obviously, it's a sex hormone

Naturally inject test

>A glass of wine a night is not going to have so much of an effect as to outweigh the benefits. It won't specifically increase test but it's part of a whole diet and has many advantages, the sum of which leads to higher test production.
No, the reason red wine is beneficial and recommended sometimes is due to phytochemicals which can be found in larger beneficial amounts outside of wine and even grapes- coffee and cocoa powder are both far better.

>Prolonged endurance training greatly elevates cortisol levels and brings testosterone levels down.
Obviously, as does resistance training. Both are beneficial over time and endurance cardio has been shown time and time again to be the most beneficial. Not sure what point you're trying to make but you're wrong either way.

You're wrong. It has been well established that regular endurance cardio lowers test. Runners have lower T, it's a very common phenomenon.

Lots of healthy fats like egg yolks and coconut oil

>Good sleep, particularly good REM

well, that's me fucked

Sort it out man. Establish a pre bed routine.

I turn off most electronics 1 hour before I want to sleep and then I:

1.write a list of all the good things I did today, a list of everything I need to do tomorrow and a general plan for the future.
2.get ready for bed (brush teeth wash face etc.)
3.do some stretching, loosen off my hip flexors, foam roll my upper back to crack out all the tightness
4.put some ambient tunes of sounds on, get into bed and read a book. Focus on the book, let it hold your attention. After a while you'll start nodding off, fight the urge to sleep, hold out for another 5 minutes or so and then close the book, turn out the light and go to sleep in a dark, quiet room.

>defending self-pleasure so ardently you equivocate racial spooks to the opposition

Is it ego, or are you just stupid?

Can i increase just a little my testosterone level by taking 4k U.I. D3 per day?

What mode is this?

If you're deficient in vit d then yes, it will help.

you sound like you got your life sorted out.

do you think chads ever think of corny shit like this? You're a fucking weirdo, blame your shit genetics or stop being a pussy and pin

Dude I'm at uni, that's not happening for me

are you working full time or just a full time student?

Falling for a meme!

The older I get the more problems I encounter the more little tricks and tips I accumulate. This is all shit my parents should have taught me but instead I've just had to figure shit out as it comes up.

I suffered briefly with insomnia, traced it back to the cause and this is what works for me.

I'm at Uni. You must be crazy fucking busy if you can't find an hour to chill before bed. Fuck 30 mins would do it.

I'm doing mech eng and even I manage to find time to work out, cook and eat right and prep for a decent nights sleep most days. The only time I don't is when I go out drinking.

Let's see if I can piggyback this thread. I'm 20, can barely grow some whiskers on my chin, and my dick ain't great. What would the viability of hopping on a test booster be? Could it fuck me up? I'm specifically looking at the Chaos and Pain one, which technically works as a PCT (I'm not interested in doing steroids though). Could this possibly work?

I feel bad for you when you get out of uni and realize how much free time you had. I'm full time school and work now and find plenty of time to do what I want to.

Lift weight
Eat lots of food/meat
Dont fap or watch porn, edge to high test
Tan, get vitamin D

Good catch.

>Assuming anyone on this board has even been in the presence of a woman

This. You are not that busy faggot

I've made that dietary switch for 3 weeks now (only breaking away 1 day) and I haven't felt more energetic compared to before.
