My personal trainer is some 6' 5" black dude and he seems educated but I feel like he touches me a bit too much.

Today he told me to squeeze my glutes and stuck his index finger in my ass crack to make sure I was squeezing it tight enough during an exercise.

Is this normal?

I'm currently stalling on SS after been cutting and coming down. Should I continue with SS while cutting or switch to another routine? I haven't made any sort of amazing strength gains, and I'm still about 8-10kg off of my goal
