Yes, eat at a high protein with calorie surplus while working the sexy muscles hard (with adequate rest days), once you do that for a while you can cut down to below 10%bf or whatever looks best.

The routine calls for a variety of leg hitting lifts and weighted lunges to increase hamstrings/glutes. Basically youll do a leg/compound routine 3 days a week, the other days rest days or light weight upper body work, low weight high reps for cardio and endurance.

There are a lot of excercises avaliable and the ones listed in that image are a good start. Look up the excercises on youtube and google them for ideas on how to progress in them. There's too much for me to get into here but the information is around
