I have a better question:

Is there any cheap low-sodium bulking food?

>sodium matters in a bulk

Just don't drink the water nigga

Add a can of tuna to ramen.

T. Lardasses

What is this "bulking" meme people talk about?

Do people just eat a disgusting amount of food and turn it all into muscle?

Ramen has no macronutrients benefits and tastes like cardboard. Also it's high in sodium. Literally the worst fucking bulking food

Good for lanklets like me that don't put on fat yes

Eating at a surplus builds muscle user.

It just makes me fat and gay

cane sugar + tap water
vegetable oil

Bulk is eating at at a surplus. Your body really struggles to build muscle on a cut, and only does so-so at maintenance, but you make pretty good progress when you're eating more than you're using. You typically bulk to build muscle, then cut to lose the fat you gained. Also read the sticky

bait

Stop eating dicks then.

You have to fucking lift too fatty

>400 Cal/pack
excuse me?

since when is a pack of top ramen more than 25 cents each?

>Any other god tier poorfag bulking foods?

Rice. Eggs. Beans. Add spices.

I DIDNT FIND OUT UNTIL RECENTLY BUT ONE PACK IS TWO FUCKJNG SERVINGS.

ramen noodles are basically not food

What are the ingredients?

You can't explain that

>Because it's Harvard it's true
fuck whoever wrote this article

t. skelly

Sodium doesn't make you fat it makes you die

>inquisitr
hello /r/eddit

Sodium also makes you live.

>ramen noodles are basically not food
>What are the ingredients?
>You can't explain that

this

Why is Sdoium important when cutting or bulking?
Isn't it just about water retention, so temporary?

rice is cheaper and better

Oatmeal, 1kg is around 1€.

Plus it has been universally linked to high blood pressure.

Milk
> $1 per Litre
> 48g Carbs
> 34g Fat
> 34g Protein
> 650 kcal

I have a supermarket near my house where they sell four cheese pizza, 1,80$ each, 1.2k cals, 58g protein or some shit. Literally the best i can get around here

Atleast get pepporoni or something with meat

Yeah i do prefer pepperoni 10 times more, but it has way less calories than the four cheese one for some reason and less protein

Fuck that shit bro.

Brown rice and offal/organ meats - liver, hearts, stomach, kidneys whatever. It takes some practice to be able to make them palatable but you'll develop your cooking skills all while getting gains on the cheap. It's win-win desu.

Currently making chicken liver stew btw.

Rice. Oats. Lentils.

Much cheaper.

Cheeseburgers. 1€ each, you can easily eat 5+ of them, 300kcal and 16g protein per burger

chiggin + rice

I got you my nigga

>15 tbsp olive oil
christ

>60 cent
>80g protein in one can

>bulking

Is is healthy to consume all that oil?

FUCK OFF I'M JUST TRYING TO GIVE ADIVCE

How the fuck do you get tuna that cheap

there is no direct link between sat.fat and heart disease. the correlation is due to MOST people who eat alot of sat.fat also being fat, which does cause heart disease. this doesnt apply to lifters as their tdee is much higher than average
(this is relative. gbros tdee is ~8000+ calories, scale it down to meet your needs)

it does wreck your digestive system tho. I do it and my shits are hell

>live on an island and have cheap access to the best kind of protein
How does it feel to be landlocked, burger?

>on a bulk
>doesn't add this to literally fucking everything

>2€ for 800 kcal of highly processed, low nutritional value food is now god tier
Oats, brown rice and beans you doublenigger

>Because it's Harvard it's true

Sums up every argument I've ever had with anyone from every University.

>organic
>superfood

Yes because coconut butter was invented by that brand.

>4 scoops whey
Don't you just shit all of it out?

Im English m8

Don't know what's your problem.
In Ireland a 3 pack of tuna is like 90 cent in Lidl.

Burger here, I live on a coast and the lowest I've seen tuna is $0.7 US

Guess I need to find a Lidl

Pretty good. Just make sure to buy from small business, American.

Underrated

step aside poor fags

the ultimate cheap bulking food

>what are rolled oats
like $2.50 for 3k calories worth

hell yeah, eating this right now.

nice

It will make up appear fat/bloated from water retention.

I swear most of you have no clue on basic nutrition when that really should be your main knowledge source then gym terminology.

dont forget this

>50 g of estrogen with added growth hormones

>best kind of protein
enjoy your magnesium poisoning friendo

>top ramen costs you $2 for 2 packs

The fuck man it's 3 for a dollar here

Isn't like ramen unhealthy because of it's high sodium content. I mean you could eat it without seasoning but it tastes like shit.

you can not use the flavor packets dumb-ass

If you can only afford top ramen when bulking then should not be thinking about gaining weight, rather sorting out your shitty financial situation.

>Chicken and beef to boost the manhood
>36¢ a pack, 3 for $1.00
>Fills you up when you're feeling like an African
Great stuff mate

>thinks $2 for 800kcal is cheap
>disgusting processed noodles
>bowel cancer

enjoy

>actually believing this jargon
Tell that to the 90 year old Okinawan fisherman.

>athletes worried about sodium

you guys aren't working hard enough
