here's what I do. I call it a clean complex: >hold bar in hang clean position >pull up to waist >pull up to belly button >pull up to nipples >hang clean >jerk >drop do that with 185 and after 3 or 4 you'll feel it in your traps

Lean forward slightly when shrugging to hit more trapezius. Standing perfectly straight up tends to hit more levator scapula
