If you're natural, full body 3 days a week is superior.
You may be able to make the same amount of gains on a 6 day ppl, but why would you go 6 days a week when you can get the same results going half the time.
Pretty much all the experts recommend full body 3 days a week. Pick a good program, like ICF. I know jason blaha is a meme but he just took a well known strngth program and added acessories

If you split like that then yeah it's fine. Don't skimp on cardio though.
I'd say more than 4 is too often, assuming you're only lifting. You can exercise more than 4 times a week, but only if it includes some cardio, extra stretching, calisthenics and other shit you probably don't do enough of. Lifting 4 times lets you hit each major area of the body twice, which is plenty for a long-term routine. Unless you have a routine which specifies working out 5 days a week, then go ahead.
Also, the more I look at this picture, the more I want to fuck number 6. She looks like she undresses well. Would love to see her with her hair down, staring up at me as thrust myself inside her.

Monday: Chest and back
Tuesday: Shoulders and legs
Wednesday: Arms
Thursday: Repeat Monday
Friday: Repeat Tuesday
Saturday: Repeat Wednesday
I have seen really good progress on this split
